Each cod skins was sourced from a certified sustainable fish plant in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. Hand rolled and air-dried in the rural community of Trinity Bonavista Bay.

Sourced from a MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) Certified Fish Processor as an Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Fishery.
