1.1 My credit card isn't being accepted.

For security reasons, our payments provider verifies that the billing address matches the address you have registered with your bank.

Please ensure that you enter your billing address exactly how it's written on your bank statements.

1.2 I only see the option for pick up my order

We do deliver! However, we only deliver within our delivery area (which can be found here).

We validate the shipping address based on the Postal Code, to make sure the address is within our delivery area.

Please make sure that you've typed in your Postal Code correctly and the delivery option should become available.

 

If you still don't see the delivery options and have verified that you live within our delivery area, please give us a call at 514-800-9172.
